Aurora
At Aurora, we transform something mundane into something beautiful. Our festive lanterns are made from recycled cans collected by the team and sourced locally. We provide our Canterns in a variety of colours and designs ranging from modern dots to festive snowflakes as we approach the Christmas season.
About Us
We are a team of 12 aspiring entrepreneurs taking part in Young Enterprise 2016. Each member brings different qualities and skills to the group which we utilise to ensure the company maximises productivity and efficiency. Every member attends George Watson's College, we meet on a weekly basis to check that everything is running smoothly and discuss any issues.
Here at Aurora we value our products quality which is why we hand make every Cantern we sell. For this reason not every Cantern will be identical; we believe any imperfections add to our products authenticity.

GWC Parent's Association Christmas Market

The Market is located in George Watson's College, Edinburgh and runs from 10am - 12:30pm.
Young Enterprise Christmas Market
December 3rd, 2016
This event runs from 10am - 3pm. It is located in The Auditorium Central Hall: 2 West Tollcross, Edinburgh

Our Products - Colours
Rudolf
Rudolph, known for his vibrant red nose, is the inspiration behind our festive dark red Canterns. Available in every design, we recommend getting in the Christmas spirit by decorating your Christmas tree with your Rudolph Red Canterns.
Marshmallow
Our gorgeous pastel pink Canterns will transport you into a Fairytale. The Marshmollow pink looks particularly lovely when paired with the dot design and placed on a mantelpiece to bring a modern touch to any room.
Noel
Our dark blue Canterns look just like a starry night when the light shines though them. Even without the tealight turned on their gold insides complement the dark Noel colour.
Mistletoe
Have a kiss under our Mistletoe green Canterns! This dark green colour is especially popular when paired with the Christmas Tree design.
Jack Frost
Jack Frost would be proud of these off-white Canterns. They will suit any household: when paired with the snowflake design they will give a room a festive touch, and with the dot design they look modern and sophisticated.

Megan has been appointed our company secretary as she is extremely organised and efficient and is thorough when it comes to taking the minutes.

Sarah is an extremely hard working and dedicated member of the team. She is reliable when it comes to her tasks and will go the extra mile to ensure the products we source are of the utmost quality. She is a very valuable member to our team.

Taya is always willing to contribute her own time into making the business a success. Whilst remaining cooperative she expresses her opinions in a helpful way towards the business.

Ella is an intelligent member of the team. She is able to think on her toes so is invaluable in finding approximate prices and figures. For this reason she makes a great Finance director.
